You need to make a habit of eating naturally so it has a big impact on your face. You should keep bad treat foods to an absolute minimum.

Get Some Regular Exercise

Regular exercise is the key to keeping your youthful appearance. Not only will you look younger when you begin exercising regularly, you’ll also keep your body healthy and free from disease. You’ll strengthen your immune system, and experience all kinds of other benefits.

A good skincare routine is a must if you want to keep your face looking young. There are so many things you can do to keep up a good routine. You should be cleansing twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed. You should also be toning twice a day after cleansing. Moisturising should be done with a day cream/night cream containing SPF. Exfoliating is important a couple of times per week. Using a face mask is recommended once per week. Make sure your products suit your skin type for the best results and watch for changes in your skin type.

Stress can be a big factor in the way our skin looks. If we’re very stressed, it’ll show on our face. Do what you need to do to de-stress. Take a break from work. Take a bath. Read a book. Do things you enjoy!

Change Your Hair

Changing your hair colour, style, or both could be just the ticket to making your face appear younger. Your colour might be aging you prematurely, or there could be some kind of illusion you could create with your hair.

Whiten Your Teeth

White teeth are a sign of youth, so invest in a home whitening method for a cheap and easy way to make your face look younger or splurge by heading to your local dentist. Then you can show them off when you smile in person and in pictures!
