Eat || Rhythm 108 Good For You Dessert Bars

It feels like it's been so long since I covered any foods and treats - and also so long since I covered celiac suitable anything. Well, that's about to end guys! I promise. I admit to having been awol somewhat - with listable features and short features, to be honest, the last year has been tough for us and while I presumed things would pick up in New Year (overly hopeful wasn't I?) it didn't.

For the last few months, my health kinda became like a naughty teenager. What treatments I had stopped working, no amount of diet, medication or supplement changes were working and this meant I couldn't enjoy any treats for fear a rogue ingredient would inflame my ulcerative colitis and celiacs. If you have either of those conditions you will know that as soon as one condition becomes inflamed - your whole body just goes 'Nope!' Well, my body well and truly noped. I've now sent my body to the naughty step and can at least attempt to add in some tastier foods - yay!

So this box of Rhythm 108 Good for You dessert Bars have been sitting waiting patiently for me to try them. And, I can't wait to get them in 'ma belly' because the reviews that I've come across make these sound so wonderful. I'm positive also that these won't hurt my UC and celiacs because they don't contain gluten, they don't contain sugar or syrups and having a look at the ingredients list - which I tend to do because some gluten free products contain ingredients that are very similar protein wise to the gluten protein which does cause issues in some celiacs - safe for gluten intolerants but not celiacs - I'm pleased to say these bars (all four flavours) have no 'iffy' ingredients.

All organic.

I personally preferred the apple pie flavour, I heated it up, as recommended on the package and found it was very more-ish and chewy (Which I like). One great thing about these bars is that they do not taste fakely sweet - everything is natural and you can be sure that what you are eating isn't bad for you.
