Another week completed so a most reached for post was a must. This week I've been out at a lot more meetings, appointments and the usual engagements that call for more of a polished look. Although I try to look polished I don't go over the top, I found there were definite products last week that I used most days and it was those products that made it into this post.
Those products are:
PUR Minerals Beautiful Creatures Palette (review here) - With the weather and all I automatically seem to be drawn to nudes, browns and warmer tones in general. This palette contains lots of nude shades, browns, and aubergines which have been perfect. I have only used this palette and the PUR trio palette last week. The shadows themselves are smooth, pigmented and last with no creasing.
Illamasqua Glister liner (review here) - I loved this when I first purchased it but for a long time it just sad doing nothing. It never seemed to look right or go with anything apply very well that is until now. I'm not sure what's changed? my skin seems to look more even coloured which may be what's changed? I'm not sure. It goes on slightly nude with a light purple iridescence in certain lights.
Rapidshield Daily Conditioner (review here) - It's now finished *sobs* I'm definitely purchasing more because my eyelashes are mega long right now. I was actually asked last weekend who done my extensions and to be asked that when my lashes used to be non-existent was fantastic - of course, I had so much pride saying 'they're au-natural'
Susan Posnick Dubai Lipstick (review here) - I've blogged about this so many times so I won't bore you with the deets again, it's smooth, creamy, nude and my all-time favourite daywear lippy.
I have used other products, of course, such as my YSL Le Teint Touche Eclat Foundation, It's the only one that really covers while blending in with my skin tone - I'm shade B10 in AW and BR20 in Summer. My Mark Hill MiracOILicious hair oil has now also finished and I've been using my Benefit Cosmetics They're Real mascara but not everyday like the items above.
What have you been reaching for recently?
