BB, CC or what ever may come next we all need a range of price points when it comes to fashion or beauty. Fashion and beauty are definitely treats more than necessity and I totally get that not everyone can afford luxuries such as a lipstick that costs £15-25 or a foundation that costs £20-30 onwards. I've been there, I've scrimped and scraped by and I've had to turn to my fabulous mummy when times got really hard and that's why you will always see a range of price points on this blog.
I believe there are a few things you should always spend a little bit more on the first is your footwear because you can't replace those tootsies can you and secondly, I feel skincare products should be the best that you can afford. Taking care of the suit you wear (because inevitably that's what it is) will ensure it lasts much longer while boosting your confidence. Your coverage products also come into this category.
I've blogged about expensive coverage products, this time around I wanted to post about an affordable well-known brand. Nivea is releasing an anti-aging CC cream this month. It contains Coenzyme Q10 and creatine to support the natural renewal process and also signs of aging while also offering protection in the form of SPF15. If you're not 100% sure what the difference is between a BB and CC cream take a look at one of my previous posts HERE, detailing what each does.
When shopping for your perfect CC cream I would advise testing a small amount on your jawline right under your ear to get the perfect shade. Although this isn't a full coverage foundation you do still want to ensure it blends perfectly into your skin tone for a flawless look.
The Nivea CC Cream will cost £12.08 (I know it's a totally random price isn't it?) and will be available at the usual places such as Boots, Superdrug's and Tesco's.
