Vita Bella is a natural, organic company who draws inspiration from nature. You know me and natural skincare, I simply can't get enough of it. I find even the poorest performers offer some form of noticeable benefit and I've yet to try out a natural product that let me down.
While I love the look and sound of the Vita Bella range it was the Spa Treatment in a Box that stood out due to its uniqueness. As a child I used to stay in the bath for around an hour, it took maybe ten minutes to wash my hair and the rest of the time was spent mixing 'potions' the number of times I got into trouble for using my mums Kerastase products (just newly purchased as well) to create magic potions, potions I hoped would give me the best hair in the world ever - they never did though.
I think it was that concept of mixing the potions that drew me to this. First off take a peek at mine...
Inside the box you will find 15ml anti-ageing face cream and a face mask. Yep there's three product but two uses. See the brown apothecary style bottle is to be mixed into one of those pots. The finished mixture creates an amazing face mask.
How does this little pill shaped thing turn into a face mask? when you pour the wet liquid into this it expands in a similar way as those dried face cloths do. Once it's fully absorbed the liquid it opens out to a face shaped piece of fabric.
You then apply the mask to your face and relax. Leave the mask on for at least ten minutes to benefit, I tend to listen to meditation video's on You Tube - I'm such a hippy aren't I. I found myself drifting off to sleep and waking up with this still on my face about thirty minutes later, when I took it off my skin felt soft and hydrated, my chin pimples looked less red and even the next morning they had seemed to shrink a little.
My skin has remained soft and nourished since using this which may be down to the ingredients.
- Argan Oil - The oil of the moment, Argan oil is rich in vitamin E and essential fatty acids. This oil will help to repair deep damage and protect your skin.
- Hyaluronic Acid - Another hipster ingredient but it's a good one. Hyaluronic Acid is capable of holding 1000 times its weight in water, this means that your skin can't become soft and hydrated.
- Aloe Vera Gel - Aloe Vera contains so much beneficial goodness, 20 minerals, 18 amino acids, 12 vitamins and 200 natural compounds. It's also soothing and offers an anti-inflammatory effect.
- Wheat Germ Oil -Rich in vitamins A, D and E which repair, protect and reduce stop them from drying out. It's also excellent for problematic skin types such as eczema and psoriasis.
- Hibiscus Seed Proteins - Penetrated the outer layer ensuring it softens.
It's no wonder this worked, to be blatantly honest I would have been shocked had it not worked. If you are looking for a face treatment that's going to get rid of spots or pimples then this isn't for you. If you have combination, normal or sensitive skins believe me when I say this will work equally for all three types. Think of this as a major pint of fresh, clean water for your thirsty skin.
The Vita Bella Spa in a Box treatment costs £20 and is available from their website HERE. It's affordable so I'd recommend this for yourself or as a gift for someone special.
