FAST Hair | Does It Make Your Hair Grow... FAST?

I would absolutely love to have long luscious hair like Vanessa Hudgens, Taylor Swift and Lily Collins but sadly my hair has never been up to the challenge. I figured I should try to tackle the health of my hair first but as soon as I started to do this my pesky hormones got in the way and made it oily *gross*

So, I'm still trying to get it healthier, thicker and just generally better looking but it's no easy task. I recently found out about F.A.S.T (Fortified Amino Scalp Therapy) by Nisim International because it's actually just launched in the UK. It's a best seller across the pond and is used by both males and females as well as those who have gone through chemotherapy. If your main issue is hair loss this product isn't going to help you, it's been formulated to help grow existing hair longer rather than reduce hair loss or increase hair thickness.

In each pack, there's a shampoo and conditioner. There's no crazy rules or instructions other than using them with every wash rather than your usual products when washing make sure you really focus on your scalp and I tend to leave the products on for ten minutes, just to let it do its thang.

This is a quick snap of my hair length at the start. I do plan to update you with subsequent hair pictures over the next 4-8 weeks. My hair also is cut asymmetrically which is why it looks all lopsided at the bottom and yes that strand type look at the bottom of my hair drives me crazy. Because my hair is fine it gets blown all over the place and ends up looking like a dog's dinner.

When I received this I hadn't read any reviews of the product. I have since read some and it's been a pretty mixed bag, the only negative that I've been reading is that the product has dried out the user's hair - this hasn't happened to me and in all honesty, it's actually helped my hair giving it softness and shine (I have normal to oily hair). I use the shampoo and conditioner and I read some reviews where the user had only used the shampoo and other reviews where the users simply hadn't used it regularly so saw no growth.
